BNI Brings the Economic Benefits of Business Networking to 39 Countries Across the Globe

Muraguri and Bijay Shah, the National Directors for BNI Kenya, saw this as an opportunity for BNI. On April 22, 2008, over 150 visitors from the business community in Kenya turned up as early as 6:15 a.m. to launch the BNI Biashara Bora (Swahili for "Booming Business") chapter, and two more BNI chapters are currently in the making in Kenya.
On the same day, at 7 a.m. in South Korea, the first South Korean BNI chapter was launched by Haewon Choi, the BNI National Director there. An intensely interested audience of 50 visitors attended the chapter launch and as a result, a second South Korean BNI chapter is now in the works and will be started by BNI Assistant Director Je Kim.
