It is also located very close to Route 47 and will have easy access to the proposed Illinois Prairie Parkway.

Although it might seem to be a part of the much larger Tanner Trails Subdivision, The Reserves at Tanner Trails is actually a completely different community with completely different homes and home styles. Many of the lots in this community average between a half and quarter-acre and several back up to the surrounding forest preserves.
