Once you begin doing this, even in small ways, you start out to acquire greater strength and empowerment within yourself, and your whole life will begin to shift and change in miraculous ways.

And you may even know this to be true, so stop making excuses and take your ideas and run with them. You are better, stronger and more able than you think.
