Often times you pay the fee, then receive a download that gives you the instructions on how you too can get others to send you money for the same instructions. And you then become another person sending those emails to other people.
It is just like the old-school system where you send a self-addressed and stamped envelope with a few dollars to learn how to make money stuffing envelopes. You then receive instructions on how to send out the same advertisement to get others to send you a couple of bucks and a self-addressed and stamped envelope with a few dollars. And people are willing to send you a few dollars with few complaints because, after all, it is just a few bucks.
The real secret is that there is no secret. There never was. And yet, despite that is has been the same for centuries, people still look for the secret. Delivering goods or services and treating your customers right will create sales. Plus, goods and services will sell much better that promises.
