And because every message that is marked as spam by an AOL email user (intentional or otherwise) is investigated, even good, clean servers are at risk of being blocked. Not exactly good news when your livelihood depends on reliable email delivery.

One thing Bacak suggests Internet marketers can do to overcome this obstacle is to make sure they are abiding by CAN-SPAM regulations.
